This summer multidisciplinary design house Pop Everything will be launching into new territory. Originally founded in Los Angeles, now the label is currently produced and located in Mexico City, the cultural hub of Latin America, the biggest city in North America, and winner of “World Design Capital” in 2018 by the World Design Organization (WDO). The design team at Pop Everything took inspiration from the many remnants of Mexican culture found in the city of Los Angeles, a city with nearly 40% Mexican ancestral lineage, after past conversation and collaboration with Sophia Schrank, a Los Angeles based fashion Photographer who has a body of work in the culturally rich, and vibrant Latin American city.
Reykai is pleased to announce the release for the women’s and men’s ready-to-wear lines and industrial products (including accessories) in the label’s new collection titled ‘Anahuacalli’. The collection features textiles, patterns, and references from Mexican culture, including murals and painting of Diego Rivera and of Jean Paul Gaultier’s Frida Kahlo creations, seem on display in the Frida Kahlo museum. The collection features garments made of silk, cashmere, denim, Mexican upholstery, to name a few raw materials.
The aim of Pop Everything is to create a product that connects to a multicultural point of view within the fashion and industrial design space. Their fashions are created to seamlessly fit into daily life. You will see a signature point of view via storytelling. Pop Everything’s collection will be released in phases, each with a focus on a particular time period and uses different materials according to the feel of the particular subject.

The label currently sells directly to their customers via their web store but soon will be releasing collections in collaboration with online and offline retail partners seasonally, as well as curated pop-up retail experiences as the COVID-19 situation worldwide drastically improves, with increasjng vaccination numbers worldwide. Pop Everything will offer a share based retail system fully supporting payments with crypto currency and allowing an investment via their own personal cryptocurrency being built with ethereum blockchain platform. The Label hopes to fully embrace the new frontier of the marriage between fashion and crypto currency.
