The Project Business Optimization Consultant plays a crucial role implementing PBA for Adeaca customers and transforming how they operate. The ideal candidate will work with new technology to solve customers’ most challenging project business problems.
As a project business subject matter expert responsibilities include shepherding customers through the process of implementing Adeaca PBA and optimizing processes along the way. The role is critical to customers’ success in realizing the transformational benefits of PBA.
The chosen candidate understands the plight of project-based companies, struggling to bring together processes and data from different departments and systems. Familiarity with project business processes and experience with project business as a project controller, project cost manager, project estimator, project accountant, PMO director, or similar role is desired.
Complementary to this expertise, experience in selecting, implementing, and using project financial applications and systems is beneficial, including ERP (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Deltek, IFS, SAP, Oracle), project applications (Oracle Primavera, Microsoft Project), estimation tools, and PSA.
