President and Co-founder, Andreina Landis, launched her start-up business in 2014 with just a million-dollar idea and $50 in her pocket. With not much to work on, the brand successfully created, patented, and launched its first product, Mess no more!®. This one-of-a-kind item helps keep fingers clean while applying nail polish using liquid tape. It garnered positive reception and immediately went viral.
After the success of Mess no more!®, the brand continued inventing and creating more products and varieties. The line has more than 200 products to date, including its new strengthening gel polish Moolala™️ and its new real 24k gold cuticle and hand oil. Their best-selling item is the Gel no more™️, an innovative acetone-free gel polish remover.
Mini Mani Moo products became such a hit that they are now sold in big retail stores like Sally Beauty Worldwide, Nordstrom Rack, and HSN.
“I want to continue to create innovative, American-made beauty products that everyone can enjoy,” says Andreina, and true to this, her will paved the way to establishing her start-up on top of the cosmetic market.
More than its success on American soil, the influence from Mini Mani Moo, transferring to its followers, brought the brand to the global arena. The company’s beauty products are now retailed in Mexico, Chile, Peru, France, the United Kingdom, Spain, Switzerland, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, and Norway. They also ship to customers from other countries.
Owing to the brand’s success, Mini Mani Moo used social media to make themselves an international hit, with women around the globe making videos using their products and sharing them with their followers. The company’s Facebook page alone has more than 500K followers. Its Instagram account, on the other hand, has more than 90K followers and over 300 million video views and counting.
“Create, never imitate” became Andreina’s mantra and the brand’s tagline. She personally develops all products, packaging designs, marketing creatives, and even built the brand’s website.
