In this role, Hayes leads Engage’s Expect More customer experience service model.
Hayes has more than 20 years of experience in the PEO industry in client relations, human resources management, and organization performance. She joined Engage in 2015.
“Julie was instrumental in developing our account management division and has led it to maintain high levels of client retention and associate engagement,” said Steve Scott, chief operating officer of Engage PEO.

Prior to Engage PEO, Hayes drove successful talent and performance management strategies and processes for regional, national, and global companies. She is an expert in enhancing the client experience, streamlining policy, business process innovation, and change communications.
Hayes earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rollins College. As an advocate for the advancement and development of women and girls, she volunteers with No One Alone, a non-profit organization focused on enhancing the lives of victims of domestic violence.
