The withstand voltage tester consists of a high voltage transformation control circuit (capable of adjusting the test working voltage required for output), a leakage current inspection control circuit (capable of setting the alarm current) and an indication indicating the instrument panel (read the output voltage and leakage current immediately). During the test of small-scale test control power project, when the tested object reaches the required time under the required test working voltage, the portable withstand voltage tester will automatically disconnect the output voltage; once penetration occurs, that is, the leakage current exceeds the set alarm current, and the audible and visual alarm will continue to be sent out.
Operation process of portable withstand voltage tester:
1. When it is clear that the output voltage of the portable withstand voltage tester is “0″, When the test light is “off”, insert one end of the high-voltage test connecting wire (bright red) into the corresponding (AC or DC) high-voltage output end of the small test control portable withstand voltage tester, and connect the other end with the switching power input end or other energized components of the tested object. Then connect the other test wire (gray black) one end is inserted into the grounding device end of the portable voltage withstand tester and clamped tightly, and the other end is connected with the shell (metal material) of the tested object or the grounding wire end of the switching power input end (if the tested object is connected with the ground or grounding wire, the grounding device end of the portable voltage withstand tester needs to be connected with it).
2. Press and hold the “run” button, the “detection” display light is on, the working voltage indication is the current test working voltage value, and the leakage current indication is the current leakage current of the tested object. If the tested object is qualified, the silent light alarm will sound as soon as the test time comes, and at the same time, the portable voltage withstand tester will automatically disconnect the output voltage; If the tested object fails to pass the test within the test time, the “alarm” light is on, the passive buzzer makes a sound, and the portable withstand voltage tester automatically disconnects the output voltage. Press and hold the “calibration” button to clear the alarm.
3. Use the wire controller terminal to detect the working voltage resistance (the “run” button on the control panel, the “calibration” button is invalid, and the “on time” button is placed at the “off” position.
