Day by Daybook® brings a simple, game-changing method that helps put individuals in a winning mindset when experiencing any life change.

The Day by Daybook® breaks down the best parts of a planner and journal into bite-sized check-ins that work with people’s busy schedules while offering a simple method of logging behaviors and activities to maximize their energy.

Day by Daybook® is leading the charge in guiding individuals through any life change by unveiling a unique guided planner and journal that showcases a simple and formulated approach to enhancing self-awareness while tracking daily, monthly, and weekly progress.

Noelle Van Vlierbergen, the creator of the Day by Daybook®, came up with this game-changing method to help people navigate change in their lives as she looked back at how she began her recovery ten years ago.

“I was a master at neglecting my health and avoided paying attention to how I felt at all costs. I was working crazy hours in fast-paced work environments and letting everything happen ‘to’ me without any idea of how to gain control of my own wellbeing,” says Noelle.

After doing her best to handle the emotional ups and downs that ultimately came to the surface, she began to journal. This critical decision opened her eyes to the value of getting her thoughts down on paper and tracking the behavioral patterns that were showing up for her.

The Daybook is a trusted companion, offering those critical handholds needed to guide individuals through even the most difficult times. Noelle states, “we all know that journaling is not for everyone. The Daybook provides a way to jot down those insights from your day that can reveal so much in just a few minutes.”

The Day by Daybook® method is simple. Individuals are prompted to log their thoughts, rituals, and activities (TRAs) and complete mood checks throughout the day, prompting them to observe mood patterns and identify what behaviors are lifting them up or bringing them down. This simple method helps individuals build the perfect formula for success as they continue to adjust along the way.

There are three versions of the Daybook that include the same method. The Daybook Recovery is designed specifically for addiction recovery, while the Daybook Classic is for individuals experiencing any life change. The Daybook Teen, was created to help teens access and express emotion in a healthy and productive way during challenging times.

The Daybook team is also passionate about making an impact on the corporate world. After two years of pandemic-induced restrictions, many employees have felt or are feeling anxiety about returning to the office. Managers and business leaders can join the Happy Returns Program and welcome employees back with the Day by Daybook® to help them alleviate the stress of returning by providing them with a way to manage their daily wellbeing.

This allows organizations to show their support as their employees adjust to a “new normal” with a guide to help them re-adjust and hit the ground running.

Anne, a recent customer, described the Day by Daybook® as a “simple and engaging way” for her to set goals and track progress.

“Being able to see how mood, actions, and diet are so interrelated has made it an invaluable self-awareness tool,” Anne wrote in a review.

Katie, another customer, wrote: “If I didn’t have a prompt or guide, I wouldn’t journal. I like that this planner checks in on the same things each day, with room for customization. This is meant for tracking real progress, not whimsical dreams or questions.”

Lastly, Jessica adds, “I’ve found its format so helpful in keeping things simple, especially during this crazy year.”

Change is all around us, and after the challenges we’ve all faced and continue to face as we embark on this new year, it’s great to have this additional support to guide us along the way.
