Atlanta, GA – March 15, 2022 – Around 66% of HR professionals suffer from burnout while 76% are usually overwhelmed under extreme professional pressure. HR professionals are exhausted and there is an urgent need to invest sincerely in their wellbeing and care. In that light, leading HR consultancy firm, The HR Plug, has recently announced to host a business conference dedicated especially to the wellbeing and empowerment of the HR professionals. Titled “UNPLUG 2022”,the business conference is scheduled for the end of the month.

UNPLUG 2022 is slated to be a 3-day event, starting from March 30 and concluding on April 1, 2022. It’s going to be a 3-day hybrid event (2 days in-person event and 1 day virtual) and will be hosted at Atlanta, Georgia.

Per the statements of LaShawn Davis, the founder and CEO of The HR Plug, UNPLUG 2022 is a unique event dedicated to introducing an exclusive experience for the HR professionals. But, UNPLUG 2022 would bring in a completely different scenario as it’s solely focused on the “wellbeing of the HR people” who are the gatekeepers of workplace culture.

This is where UNPLUG 2022 aims to stand by the side of the HR professionals.”

UNPLUG 2022 aims to create a convenient and friendly avenue of community, education, and collaboration for HR professionals. The event is designed to provide a relaxing and also empowering space for HR professionals where they can take a break from their myriad office responsibilities, disconnect, recalibrate, release, and unplug.
