Cecilia D Porter is a native of Atlanta, the oldest of six children. She was the first in her family to graduate from college; she studied at Georgia State University and got a degree in Risk Management and Insurance. She wanted to be a role model for her siblings from a young age and embraced hard work. She was the proud wife of the late Rev. Claude David Porter, Sr., for forty-three and a half years. Cecilia has one child, Claude D. Porter Jr., and he is an Educator.
What started as a means of soothing an unfillable void in her life evolved into a mission of enriching souls by building up children’s self-esteem.
