Forney Sports Physical Therapy Center Expands & Announces Hand-Focused Therapy

Forney, Texas-based sports physical therapy center expands facilities and announces updates to provided treatments and services in 2022.

Forney, Texas – In the November of 2021, celebrated Forney-based Precision Sports Physical Therapy center expanded its facilities, nearly doubling its square footage and increasing its capacity to provide expert rehab, functional movement, and outpatient services for adults in Central Texas. Since 2012, owner and operator Dr. Eric Steinke has established himself as a leader in sports-focused physical therapy treatments, and he guides his team in providing compassionate, personalized care.

In 2022, Precision Sports Physical Therapy plans additional growth. The physical expansion of their space required that they upgrade the center with additional equipment, including new squat racks and treatment tables, as well as has allowed them to expand their staff to serve more sports and physical therapy patients. New staff members include both experienced professionals with long histories and physical therapy credentials, as well as recent graduates from Baylor University and other schools with leading physical therapy programs.

The expanded space at the center will also allow the Precision Sports team to provide more focus and additional resources for patients seeking therapy and treatments for injuries and ailments specific to hands and wrists. Although the center has already been providing hand and wrist therapy treatments, the additional space equips Precision Sports with the ability to better promote and integrate these services with other outpatient and sports therapy treatments.

In addition to this storefront growth, Precision Sports Physical Therapy will also update its website to reflect these changes. In upcoming months, the site will feature updated information on its About Us page to reflect changes in staffing and new website copy to detail available treatments for hand therapy patients. The site updates will include photos and videos of the expanded center, along with new website optimization to connect with more patients in the Dallas/Fort Worth metro area.

Full-Body Sports & Physical Therapy Treatments: Since opening in 2019, Precision Sports Physical Therapy center has offered a range of specialized treatments for athletes and active and injured adults, including treatments for sprained ankle, rotator cuff, elbow tendonitis, sciatica, Achilles tendonitis, neck and back pain, and other chronic conditions. The clinic’s professional rehab treatment programs can be customized and modified, based on the patient’s activity level and mobility goals. All of the company’s team members are trained in providing full-body sports therapy treatments.

Although Precision Sports Physical Therapy has always provided hand and wrist therapy treatments, the recent facility upgrades will allow them to extend and improve those services. Hand and wrist therapy is available to athletes and non-athletes suffering injuries, wrist fractures, tendonitis, and symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome. The hand and wrist therapies provided at Precision Sports focus on range of motion, strengthening, and functional mobility, according to each patient’s needs, lifestyle, and therapy goals.
