Rebranded Gracie Jiu-jitsu is on a Mission to Empower 10,000 Children Through Martial Arts

Gracie Jiu-jitsu uses carefully designed and expert-led programs to help students change for the better.

Formerly Moore’s Karate and Modern Warriors, this school is rebranded to Gracie Jiu-jitsu to align better its goal of empowering kids in the Modesto community. Established officially this year by founder Bryce Kimball under the mentorship of his Jiu-jitsu instructor Charles Gracie, this all-inclusive martial arts school is dedicated to transforming students for the better – helping them build self-respect and a positive self-identity. Kimball’s first goal under the new brand is to empower 1,000 children in his community. Next is 10,000.

Gracie Jiu-jitsu builds on martial arts’ physical and spiritual benefits to help students increase their confidence, improve their focus and grades, and make positive new relationships. It also uses martial arts to inspire a mentality that sets and achieves goals as students develop into competent athletes.

The classes are accessible, fun, and designed to help children grow as individuals. According to Kimball, the classes are so much more than just kicking, punching, and getting the next colorful belt. It’s about helping students to develop discipline and character.

The rebranded Charles Gracie Jiu-jitsu martial arts school is located in Downtown Modesto at 142 N 9th St Modesto, CA 95350. Classes are offered to both kids and adults.
