The store’s Modern Day Pet Memorial service offers pet owners one-of-a-kind memorial artworks by turning real animal cell images into vibrant abstract art. Called Cellular Blueprint Memorials (CBM), these new art forms give people a special way of memorializing their beloved pets.

The company has created numerous prints for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, horses, reptiles, and birds.
To produce the blueprints, Vet Artwork collaborates with local veterinarians to collect the cellular image of the animals. The vet partners are provided with a Cellular Blueprint Memorial Kit which they will use whenever a pet owner requests an artwork. This process is administered during “end stages of life process”. The CBM Kit contains all the items they need to collect the sample, register the order, and process the shipping and payment.
The order, together with the sample, is then sent to the Vet Artwork laboratory for processing. The team’s designers colorize the images, transforming them into stunning art pieces while ensuring to keep the morphology of the cells intact. Once finished, the piece is carefully framed and shipped to the client. The process takes about four to six weeks.
For pet owners, the price for ordering the artworks is $329 for 11”X14”, and $449 for 18”24” while veterinary practitioners can purchase CBM Kits for $7.95 each with a minimum purchase of three kits. Vet Artwork donates 10% of each sale to Animal Science Education.

Launched in 2021, Vet Artwork initially provided its service directly to veterinarians, producing its unique artworks for both educational and decorative purposes.
