Chez Peachy is a home bakery small business, based in Tucson, Arizona, that is recognized for their colorful lunchbox cakes and other creative sweets. Chez Peachy’ owner, Christa Lebron, originally from Montreal Quebec, Canada relocated to Tucson in June of 2020, after marrying her loving husband, Joseph. While living in Tucson, Christa found that she was surrounded by many small businesses which inherently inspired her to start her own! Thus, began Christa’ baking journey towards launching Chez Peachy. Christa is an experienced baker who has honed her craft over the years confecting sweet treats for friends and family alike, since the age of 13.
Like with any journey, certain life interruptions caused her to take a break from the baking world to focus on other goals. But now that she is out of college, Christa decided to relaunch her baking business, in February of 2021. Because Chez Peachy was launched amidst a pandemic, it was important to Christa to find a way to leave her mark on Tucson with baked goods that could impact other people’s lives in a positive way. Looking on social media for inspiration, she came across mini-cakes called ‘Lunchbox’ or ‘Bento’ cakes and instantly knew that individual-sized personalized cakes were the perfect treat to achieve her business goals!
