It is a fact that many people don’t want to be in any sort of legal drama. This is because it can be stressful, time consuming, exhausting and unnecessarily expensive financially amongst other things.
However, there may be times in life where people are led to seek justice for an infraction. So what is JUSTICE? It is defined one way as:

Yet in today’s society it is unfortunate that in so many situations Justice does not prevail and the truth may or may not be welcomed by the judicial individuals no matter the position. Life does not always go the way desired or planned by a person. In every individual’s life, something significant happens and at some point our lives on earth will be no more making sense. This press release is designed to share a bit of a scenario and legal drama in hopes that it will help someone. J Ruiz and her husband were married for years. The couple was blessed to have a divine marriage, children, home businesses etc. One day something very unexpected happened when the husband died suddenly. This was shocking to many as the husband was thriving and doing well health wise. This left the family grieving, shocked and also other burdens came along with this such as emotional, physical and financial. Things like that is somewhat expected in seasons such as this but another unexpected thing happened and then another and another etc. The widow tried to step into the husband’s shoes with the business the couple had helped to start, marketed etc. J Ruiz had inherited her husband’s fifty percent of a thriving company.
Unfortunately, one partner and a landlord took the business for themselves kicking the widow and children out the door. The widow made numerous attempts to meet with the husband’s business partner to help settle the issue but every attempt was refused. After much prayer a legal claim was made by widow to get justice. Unfortunately the other parties continue to lie and wrong stories were fabricated. Some lawyers were hired that do not always have the client’s best interest in mind and truths are not always being allowed in the court such as valid evidence can get no attention. The court system has some needs to be tweaked somewhat to allow cases to flow at a better speed and also to ensure light shines in the darkness. At times lawyers and judges can use the system to allow and disallow valid proof of fraud. This may make one wonder how does some people truly sleep at night knowing that they are twisting the truth to be viewed as a lie and a lie to be viewed as the truth .The bible also warns us of these types.
Too many people are seeing corruption in today’s society and God is not in anyways pleased with this. It’s unfair that this widow had to go this route of court to try to get justice to begin with. When the husband passed the business partner was able to change the name of business and not properly settle the decedents half of the business with the successor and rightful inheritors. It seems like a business partner of the deceased partner has more access rights to the deceased share of business than the spouse that started the business with the decedent. In community property, the law says spouses own 50/50 of what is obtained during a marriage, such as this case (unless otherwise agreed by both husband/wife). The law makes it easy for surviving business partners to obtain vital personal records of decedent without contacting the family for approval. This needs to be changed and when they have to get the families involved there will be less of this type of crime. The laws need to be changed.
There should be a law that says that partner has to do right by the family of the decedent or suffer strict penalties and consequences. There are stories of numerous delay tactics incorporated by lawyers, subpoenas overlooked by the courts as well as fear plots and schemes that the disloyal ones do to increase opportunities to create UNJUST ENRICHMENT. Fraud and perjury are criminal offenses and the persons: both clients and judges, committing should be made accountable. They should face the wrath of the law. This is happening far too often and it is past time that more citizens rally together for a common good and increase the chances of more people receiving justice and not continue to walk down the halls of dim to no light. It’s time for those being oppressed to step into the marvelous light and demand justice.

It is important to respect leaders for it is the instruction of God to Honor Authority. 1 Peter 2:13-17: “Submit yourselves to (the authority of) every human institution for the sake of the Lord (to honor His name), whether it is to a king as one in a position of power, 14 or to governors as sent by him to bring punishment to those who do wrong, and to praise and encourage those who do right. 15 For it is the will of God that by doing right you may silence (muzzle, gag) the (culpable) ignorance and irresponsible criticisms of foolish people. Live as FREE people, but do not use your freedom as a cover or pretext for evil, but (use it and live) as bond-servants of God, 17 Show respect for all people(treat them honorably), love the brotherhood(of believers), fear God, honor the king.”
Now God has not given the believers a spirit of fear. People should be allowed to live in a world where there is love, justice, protection and ALL LIVES should MATTER. Color, creed and socioeconomic a person belong should be less important. Let’s take each other by the hand and live and act today that our tomorrow es mas major is better. This article is trusting in the Heavenly Father to make wrongs right. Some people may wonder about the little story shared in this article. It is a part of the Widow of Ruiz story. The widow is praying and hoping for the victory in the legal tussle. She hopes for a change for the better for all. Remember Faith without works is dead.
James 4:17 “So whoever knows the right thing to do and fails to do it, for him it is sin. I am asking that all government entities, political authorities and legislators etc… to see what can be done to help better this legal system. It should not be so entangled nor allow the loopholes that give awards and pleasure to the corrupt.”
“Isaiah 10: “1 Woe to those who make unjust laws, to those who issue oppressive decrees, 2 to deprive the poor of their rights and withhold justice from the oppressed of my people, making widows their prey and robbing the fatherless.” Action should be taken to see the light desired in the world. Communities should call leaders, write letters to city, state, and county officials federal as well vote, stand up for good causes. Do kind acts for other people and be the change that is desired in every society. People should learn to do justice and love the next person and one key way to doing that is to Love and LOVEHARD.
