No Boundaries Marketing Group was founded based on simplifying the marketing and advertising game for small to medium-sized businesses and we are pleased to announce three new team members! We are delighted to welcome Israel Madrigal, Zack Rome, and Rachel Nesheiwat and look forward to their success!
Zack Rome is a journalist by trade and sports statistician by night. He graduated from California State University, Northridge in 2019 with a degree in Journalism. Zack worked in the Athletics Department in his school from 2017-2019 where he was an Assistant Sports Information Director. There, he learned the basics of Public Relations as well as the art of working in sports. After Zach graduated, he took a job in Chattanooga, TN in January 2020 for a minor-league baseball team called the Lookouts as a Media Relations assistant. Unfortunately, COVID-19 had other plans and the season was canceled. Zack and his partner Ryan then moved to Surprise, AZ in February 2021 in search of greener pastures. Since then, he has gotten two part-time sports stats jobs: one for the Phoenix Suns and the other for Major League Baseball. While these jobs are once-in-a-lifetime opportunities, Zack was missing a full-time gig that could utilize his skills in an office setting. He was hired by No Boundaries Marketing Group as Creative Coordinator on May 9th, 2022. “I strive for excellence and getting better every day at a company that I see is primed to take-off,” says Zack Rome. He prides himself on his creativity and writing skills. Communication with clients is at the top of his priority list. He aims to provide total transparency and become a voice that people would feel comfortable with at No Boundaries.
Israel Madrigal is a recent graduate of Northern Arizona University with a degree in advertising. Prior to Israel joining the team, he was working for a granite company, but knew that wasn’t his true passion. “If you continuously compete with others, you become bitter, but if you continuously compete with yourself you become better,” Israel says. He started working at No Boundaries as a Client Relationship Manager on May 23rd of this year and says it’s been amazing. During his free time, Israel enjoys taking his dogs out to the park and playing Xbox.
Rachel Nesheiwat has over 7 years of graphic design/promotion expertise and was the events support specialist at Arizona State University’s West campus. At ASU, she graduated with a BA in Interdisciplinary Arts & Performance while simultaneously assisting the artistic director and designing promotional material for ASU West events and schools. One of her proudest accomplishments was collaborating with the Dean of New College to design posters, bookmarks, and banners for the late author, Bell Hooks, when she visited the West Campus. Rachel’s posters are still on display around the West campus today. Rachel has been hired as Client Success Manager as of June 6, 2022. “I’m excited to apply my passion for promotion at No Boundaries as well as meet new businesses and play my part in helping the community grow,” said Rachel Nesheiwat. During her free time, Rachel enjoys binging tv shows, watching sports with her fiancé, and spending time with her new puppy.
