To get the most money for the home, it’s important to know the prices of comparable properties in the area. This will provide a good idea of what buyers are willing to pay for a similar home. Additionally, it’s important to stage your home in a way that is appealing to potential buyers. This can significantly affect how much the home ultimately sells for. Working with an experienced and reputable real estate agent ensures that home sellers get the best possible price for the home. I feel one of the most important things I bring to my sellers is listening in an initial consultation to make sure I fully understand their needs. Then I recommend sellers to meet with me early, even before doing projects that the seller assumes are necessary because some may take too much time or money. Finally, once the plan is in place, we bring in my top vetted team to complete the projects the seller approves so the curb appeal and full experience are spectacular!”
