The Skin Consult, an innovative, virtual skincare concierge is releasing the first of its kind skincare subscription program that gives subscribers access to several additional benefits. Starting as a virtual platform for skin concerns during 2020, The Skin Consult created a premium skincare subscription that includes a quarterly curated box with samples from clinical brands, a membership discount for premium products, free consultations with experienced practitioners, and on demand access to concierge estheticians at an extremely affordable price of 19 dollars a month.
“Based on over 20,000 data points that we’ve collected in the last year and half through consultations and quiz recommendations, we found consumers were looking to target 3 areas of concern which led us to build TSC concierge for acne, anti-aging and hyperpigmentation. By pairing consumers with an expert and walking them through their personal skin journey, this approach gets them to visible results faster.” Says The Skin Consult founder Dr. Sajani Barot.
The Skin Consult’s subscription was inspired by their original virtual consultation marketplace where consumers booked individual consultations with doctors, estheticians, aesthetic nurses and even pharmacists. Since its inception, they have partnered with leading and upcoming brands like Neocutis, AlumierMD, PCA Skin, Jan Marini, Calecim, IS Clinical, Acarre, and Dr Visha to curate three types of premium boxes.
“With the launch of concierge, I am super excited to continue to build this trusted ecosystem for consumers, skin professionals and science backed brands in a very fragmented market of beauty and aesthetics,” Dr. Barot remarks. “To date, we have curated over 300 custom regimens for customers that have shown fantastic results. We are proud to have a 100% customer satisfaction rate to date with our regimens.”
After becoming a member of The Skin Consult’s program, subscribers will be asked a series of questions to determine what type of skincare box they’d like. Deciding between products designed to treat acne, hyperpigmentation or anti aging, they will then receive a new box via mail each season with four deluxe size products, one full size product and a skin care accessory. The boxes are designed to give consumers the opportunity to try premium brands on their own skin before committing to an often pricy purchase.
Along with the skincare subscription, The Skin Consult has established itself as a marketplace for skincare where people can fulfill all their skincare needs in one place.
