Frank Hernandez Plans to Open a Welfare Organization in The Future

Frank has worked for various non-profit organizations during his career and intends to start one to provide widespread assistance to individuals – he has always assisted those in need and made sure to satisfy their expectations.

The genuine fulfillment of the heart occurs when we serve others and experience empathy for others – no matter how much money you make or what you buy or own, you won’t be satisfied for more than two weeks. At its most basic level, empathy is simply being aware of how other people are feeling – the connection between oneself and others. It is a crucial component of emotional intelligence since it enables humans to comprehend what others are going through as if they were experiencing it. Empathy is far more than pity, sometimes referred to as “feeling for” someone. Instead, the heart uses your imagination to “feel with” that other. Frank Hernandez had felt the same thing his entire life. During the lowest moments of his life, when he struggled, he still took time to help the people and made sure to help them with everything he had.

Hernandez started as a volunteer and became passionate about helping people. He has since dedicated his life to comprehending people’s problems and doing everything he can to help them. It all began when he worked part-time for a non-profit organization while taking a business course. Shortly after he showed focus and commitment, the organization offered Frank the opportunity to move up to a full-time position as a team lead. Frank is constantly engaging with and inspiring others on his Instagram account, @ftraxx. A crucial skill in the job is the ability to comprehend the feelings of others. For example, companies may use technology to settle disputes, create more effective teams, and enhance interactions with coworkers, clients, and consumers. The majority of the others, however, are confident in the ability to pick up new technical skills, but they may feel unprepared to improve their interpersonal skills – and many individuals are embarrassed to talk about their sentiments, let alone those of others!

Frank has had a variety of professions throughout his life to accomplish his dream of running a prosperous company. When he succeeded, he left his day job so that Hernandez could concentrate on building his business. Even though he was working hard, earning good money from his business, and was able to own several rental homes, his desire to serve those in need didn’t lessen.

“I think we should talk more about our empathy deficit – the ability to put ourselves in someone else’s shoes; to see the world through the eyes of those who are different from us – the hungry child, the steelworker who’s been laid off, the family who lost the entire life they built together when the storm came to town. When you think like this, when you choose to broaden your ambit of concern and empathize with the plight of others, whether they are close friends or distant strangers; it becomes harder not to act; harder not to help.” Barak Obama – 2006
