David Dumay says he want to get better and sharper to be able to sign with an international basketball team

David Dumay, a former team member at Sarasota Gulf Coast Lions is gearing up for possible signing with an overseas professional basketball team.

As a 6’2 combo guard, David is a professional basketball player still learning the ropes. He has engaged himself in training, eating right, staying mentally and physically in shape, and overcoming mental and physical obstacles.

According to him, “I want to get better and more in shape and sharp to take on a new season and dominate.”

David may not have much basketball film to show for, but he’s starting to gain attention from many international professional basketball teams after being signed in February 2022 into the Sarasota, Florida Gulf Coast Lions in the TBL the 3rd biggest professional basketball league in the United States. He’s no more with the club.

When asked what keeps him going, David remarked that “My goal as a combo guard is to become an incredible playmaker for my teammates, an elite scoring threat, and a vicious defensive menace.” He added; “I will trust the process as I have done at so many other points in my life.”

David is currently in the Dominican Republic, unsigned, training with some undisclosed professional basketball team. Connect with David on his Instagram to follow his journey and for exclusive updates.
