College students face many challenges when living on campus with no car. DormlyBox, an affordable bathroom essential delivery service created by two college students, understands this problem. To provide essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, flushable wipes, disinfectant wipes, hand soap, face masks, and tissue boxes delivered at the lowest cost, the company offers their selection of customizable bundle boxes.
“Our mission is to provide people with a way of getting affordable essentials delivered to their door. It’s so helpful to college students who don’t have a car on campus like me” said Jared Shiffman, Founder of DormlyBox.
DormlyBox makes it easy to figure out which of their many boxes would work best for their customers. First, customers are told to take a quiz about what products they use, and how often they need to restock. At the end of the quiz, customers are suggested a box.
Customers are then able to remove or add certain products from their box and select how often they want to receive it. The company offers both monthly subscription and one-time purchase options for each box.
Once the customer has everything they need in their DormlyBox, and has selected how often they want it to arrive, customers are then able to checkout. The company provides rewards points with every purchase which can be redeemed for free boxes in the future. DormlyBox offers their service as well as giving back to the community by donating a pack of toilet paper to local drives and shelters for every 50 boxes sold.
“We really wanted to help our fellow students by solving a common problem amongst not only college students, but everyone.” explained co-founder Jaelen Hymes.
