Riverside, California – After working for over 50 years caring for trees alone, Justin had gained a lot of popularity for doing a good job. Earlier today the CEO announced that Riverside Tree Service was lucky enough to make Justin a part of them.
“For a very long time,” said the CEO as he made the announcement, “Riverside Tree Service has been wishing to work with Justin. This is after noticing his passion for offering tree care service. However, today Riverside Tree Service is the luckiest tree company to work with Justin as one of them.”
The CEO noted that the company had held a meeting with Justin years back requesting the same, but he refused.
“5 years ago,” said the CEO, “Riverside Tree Service tried reaching out to Justin and he responded. On stating what the company wanted, Justin refused even after offering him a lot of money. This was annoying and amazing at the same time since the company could tell Justin was not after money. On the other hand, it was annoying listening to Justin refusing to work with the best tree care company.”
The CEO confirmed that Justin looked for the company years later.
“Justin reached out to Riverside Tree Service a few months ago and asked if the team was now ready for serious work,” said the CEO. “It was an honor to hear such a thing come from a known tree care hero. The management however was at first not okay with having him after Justin turned their offer years back. After a serious discussion Riverside Tree Service team knew they were losing by not adding Justin. On bringing years back situation on the table when Justin came to the offices, he revealed he was not ready to work for a tree care company he didn’t know well. He had to do his research which he referred to as ‘listening to the ground’. According to Justin, listening to what people had to say about the company would help him know who was best to be associated with after receiving a lot of requests from many tree care companies. He confirmed that ‘according to the ground’ Riverside Tree Service was the best to work for.”

The CEO noted that Justin starting as a solo brand was not his wish.
“Justine revealed to the company that his wish had never been to be a solo brand,” said the CEO as he made the announcement. “However, he was forced to as he couldn’t find anyone too serious to keep up with his speed in offering tree care services. Justin also told the company that his wish to see healthy trees everywhere pushed him to start the process alone. He also noted that he didn’t wish to recruit anyone to his brand to save his name from being tarnished. “
The CEO noted that Justin was willing to settle completely if only it continued with the same spirit it had started with. He added that the company was now open for tree care service requests in the entire Riverside neighborhood.
“Justin was so open with the company,” said the CEO. “He said he will only continue working with Riverside Tree Service if only the company was willing to continue offering good tree care services. The company wouldn’t wish to lose Justin. For this reason, the company will even do better than it was doing. The first step to make it better will be to take its services to the entire neighborhood. The company is therefore open for any tree care service requests from all the neighboring regions beginning tomorrow.”
