Longsys Enterprise Data Storage Products Debut at FMS 2022 and Impress the Visitors

The annual Flash Memory Summit (FMS) is a major event in the storage industry. On August 2 in the United States, flash memory manufacturers, standardization organizations, OEM customers, academic experts, and major media once again gathered at the Santa Clara Convention Center for the three-day FMS 2022, a grand occasion for the industry.

Longsys, a company specializing in storage, has been showcasing the latest technologies and products in various public exhibitions around the world in recent years. AQUILA RDIMM, ORCA Series NVMe SSD, and UNCIA Series SATA SSD, Longsys’s three enterprise data storage product series debuted at the conference and became the focus of heated discussions.

It’s reported that Longsys has established long-term stable partnerships and signed long-term supply contracts with major storage semiconductor fabrication plants and controller manufacturers, bringing mature supply solutions and guaranteed advantages to Longsys enterprise-grade products.

Engaged in the storage industry for 23 years, Longsys has many years of experience in flash and DRAM chip testing. It can control the product quality of SSDs and memory modules at the source through fine screening of chips. In 2020, Longsys set up a R&D center in Shanghai, specializing in the research and development of industrial-grade, vehicle-grade, and enterprise-grade high-end storage products. From wafer admission, packaging testing, product development, and mass production testing to customer service, Longsys has a complete and mature full-chain product delivery system. With an independent R&D team, quality control team, and comprehensive quality management system, Longsys strictly regulates every step of the production process.

The person in charge of Longsys’s enterprise-grade data storage division told reporters that SSDs and memory modules were their two major product categories, and Longsys had researched and realized eSSD and RDIMM product combinations to reflect its comprehensive supply and service capabilities. Based on JEDEC Raw Cards, Longsys produced AQUILA RDIMM with thorough optimization and simulation calculation. Its circuit board design came with independent intellectual property rights, its DDR4 chips were manufactured by original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) with a mature process, while it has also undergone specific chip screening and finished product testing. The person in charge also said that the product had a 72-bit data bus width to enable error correction code (ECC). The 16GB and 32GB capacity options were launched to meet the application fields that have higher requirements on reliability and stability.
