Designed by Babson College (the nation’s top-ranked entrepreneurship school), the 10,000 Small Business curriculum focuses on practical business skills that can immediately be applied by small business owners. Throughout the program, participants will gain practical skills across topics such as financial statements, negotiation, marketing, and employee management, and gain the tools to develop a customized business plan for growth.
This 9-month program focuses on providing a valuable business education from a best-in-class curriculum and a network of fellow business leaders, business advisors, and trained faculty. Due to the 10K Small Business program providing scholarships to every admitted student, this program comes at no cost for students. Additionally, it’s available to small businesses in every state and U.S. territory and is delivered in partnership with academic institutions across the country.
Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses provides business education, support services, and pathways to capital for growth-oriented entrepreneurs. Program participants gain the practical skill to take their business to the next level and develop an actionable growth plan for their business with the help of advisors and a network of like-minded entrepreneurs. To date, Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business has served over 10,000 businesses in all 50 states, The District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico.
Duprat will be in attendance for this program from Sept 2022 – May 2023, which will culminate with a four-day face-to-face closing session and graduation at the Goldman Sachs global headquarters in New York City from May 22nd to the 26th of 2023. This program also has an annual educational and networking Summit for alumni; this past year’s speakers included Warren Buffett, George W. Bush, Michael Bloomberg, Chris Paul, Adam Grant, Ryan Reynolds, Gwyneth Paltrow, Aman Bhutani, and others.
