The Fifth China International Import Expo (CIIE) was held at the Shanghai National Convention and Exhibition Center from Nov 5 to 10, 2022. Y-Warm project was initiated in 2013, successfully developed in laboratory in 2017, completed the technical verification in 2019, and supplied to the market for the first time in 2021. Last winter, a number of clothing brands launched ready-to-wear products using Y-Warm material. We got a lot of good feedback from consumers on thermal insulation performance and comfort of those winter clothing. In 2022 Chinese home textile enterprises applied Y-Warm material to quilt cores. Extremely low thermal conductivity and high moisture permeability of Y-Warm material effectively store and protect heat emitted by human body. Reduce temperature and humidity changes and improve sleep quality. In this subversive creation, the Matrix Technologies team has conquered mechanical properties of nano-porous material and passed the European Union’s 205 hazardous substances SVHC safety test. Y-Warm material are produced by environmentally friendly technology, which can improve efficiency of resource use, effectively reduce carbon emissions, and reduce damage to animals.
