Six years ago, David Spector, age 70, a retired software engineer, learned he had colon cancer. While most people would feel depressed and fearful in such a situation, David saw this as an opportunity to discover that he had lost the fear of death, which had haunted him growing up and was further evidence that his few minutes a day of deep meditation were considerably improving his life.
For thousands of happy clients, Natural Stress Relief (NSR) has proved to be an easy and inexpensive way to turn life around and reduce internal stress, whether expressed itself as anxiety, fear, anger, failed relationships, low energy, burnout, low motivation, or a lack of ability to focus.
The organization’s spokesperson, David Spector, said that NSR™ “is not a religion, a set of physical exercises, or a philosophy. It is an effortless mental technique that is compatible with any religion or lifestyle.”
NSR is based on the relationship between the source of thought and daily activities, discerning abstract from concrete thoughts and how they impact daily decision-making processes.
“In NSR™, the attention of the mind starts from where it already is – from the surface or concrete level of thinking. From that level we begin the technique, in which our attention gets drawn naturally to more abstract and quieter levels of thinking, which are more charming to the mind,” said Natural Stress Relief’s spokesperson.
NSR is a unique, deep form of rest, Deeper than sleep and dreaming states, Natural Stress Relief can dissolve and eliminate internal stresses that sleep and dreaming have not been sufficient to touch.
NSR™ is sold by a nonprofit charity. Because of its low overhead, NSR USA can afford to offer two forms of free support and two other forms of low-cost support to each client. As David stated, “anyone can learn deep meditation.” NSR’s printed manual contains six lessons that lead anyone step-by-step to an ability to visit the source of thought, which is pure consciousness.
