The new mixed-use development incorporates dark metal paneling, ample windows that stretch from floor to ceiling, and light tan precast concrete. 808 N. Cleveland Ave will stand 28 stories tall and offer stunning views of Lake Michigan and the city skyline.
The high rise designed by Pappageorge Haymes will house 200 apartments, 20,000 square feet of leasable office space, and 7,500 square feet of retail space. While all residents have access to luxurious indoor amenities such as a spa, game and entertainment room, arts and crafts space, and co-working area, some units on the upper floors also offer private outdoor terraces with breathtaking views.
With two outdoor spaces comprising a sprawling pool deck atop the five-story podium and a smaller deck on the same level, residents will enjoy plenty of opportunities to soak up the sun and take in the incredible views.

With a 99-vehicle garage and bike room on the property and numerous public transit options nearby, 808 N. Route 66 has a stop just one block away, and the CTA Brown and Purple Lines can be accessed via a six-minute walk east to Chicago station.
