With 20+ years of leading Human Capital Management she is recognized for her outstanding operational, strategic & leadership skills, Ms. Castillo is also known as a trusted advisor and keeping the big picture in mind without losing track of details. She is very passionate in giving back to the community hence her strong presence in many charity events in the Central Florida area.
