Internet Celebrities Travel To The Victorian Era In Second Season Of Award-Winning Series “Progress”

Sherlockian Hackers Are Back In The Steampunk Parody Of The Modern Internet… And Viral YouTubers Are Joining Them.

LOS ANGELES – Aug. 10, 2015 – A British Person (aka Mike Jeavons) star of the popular web-shows “Shameful Sequels” and “Infomercialism” will join the steampunk series “Progress” to review lowbrow sequels of Victorian classics and shoddy steam-powered novelty products.

For this second season, shot in part in London, the producers have launched a Kickstarter campaign at

“Progress” first season won several awards and nominations from the International Academy of Web Television and the Independent Series Awards. It got raving reviews from international media, including French Newspaper “Liberation” and “best of 2013” from top web-series critics and attracted several TV stars which lead to a deal to develop the spin-off comedy “Ask a Cam-Harlot.”

“For season 2 we’re being much more ambitious,” says screenwriter-producer Armando Saldanamora. “Not only we’re including Mike J, but we also want to show more dimensions of the steam-powered Internet and reveal some dangerous twists of the hacker plot against the Empire.”

“The Kickstarter campaign is at the same level of our production values,” proclaims designer-producer Andrea Garduno. “The rewards were created exclusively for us by some of the best steampunk artists and artisans. We’re really proud of what we are offering to the fans that help us.”

“Ask a Cam-Harlot,” the comedy spin-off series includes big stars like Christopher Sean (from “Days of Our Lives”) and Emmy-nominated Michael Caruso. The episodes will be released on YouTube during the campaign (a link is on the Kickstarter page).
