Murder, Suicide and a Mother\’s Love

Growing up in a dysfunctional family did not break author Cheryle Boyle, it empowered her. With her new book, 538: Murder, Suicide and a Mother’s Love, she combines fact with fiction for a page-turning story of one family’s journey.

First time author, Boyle, has rapidly climbed to the #1 spot on the Amazon BestSeller list with her book, 538: Murder, Suicide and A Mother’s Love. She teaches by example, as the characters one by one, suffer the pain and wounds often inflicted within these families.

While she demonstrates how heartbreaking family dysfunction can be, the love of this mother is palpable throughout.  Her characters demonstrate constant drama, like that which would occur because of dysfunction.

Lilly’s youngest child, Sadie, rarely shares her fright, while interacting within the dysfunction. Her diaries reveal the direct impact of dysfunction, divorce, suicide and a child trying to rise above, instead of just treading through life.

If the structures of the human mind remain unchanged, we will always end up re-creating the same world, the same evils, the same dysfunction.

– Eckhart Tolle

While this is her first book, and the first chance to bring these characters to life, they all have more to tell. Cheryle has many plans for Sadie, as she continues her life’s journey.
