They don’t use incompatible proprietary parts, and they use proven standard components that can quickly and easily be replaced. The TekBot features an LCD display, depending on the version. Users can also retrofit one at any time. Using the LCD display, a user can control their TekBot intuitively. It is small enough to transport and big enough to give free rein to a user’s creativity. With TekBot develop a children’s creativity and enable them to enter into a fascinating world.

TekBot prints via a USB or SD card. A user can use the USB port to connect the printer to their computer. Or they can load the file onto an SD card and insert it into the 3D printer, this is only applicable to the version with the LCD display. Also, no preheating of the printer bed required. In the final version of TekBot, it will come with a removable print bed. However, before everyone can enjoy this incredible, portable 3D printer, TekBot needs help. That’s why they launched this campaign. The goal of this project is to raise $25,000 by December 17, 2015. The funds raised will go towards tooling, production, and manufacturing.
