TTLAMP – The New, Flexible Modular and Connected Lamp Announced

The TTLamp is a plug and play device that lets anyone build their own light source!

PARIS, France – November 30, 2015 – TTLamp, the new, flexible modular and connected lamp, was recently announced. TTLamp is a plug and play device that lets anyone build their own light source. Whether light is needed as a simple desk lamp for an office or a lamp for an end table in a living room, the TTLamp lets individuals and families create their own in three easy steps. First pick a base, then add support, and finally assemble a few light modules – it’s as simple as that. Invented by the new media artist Mossimato and produced by Digitalarti, the TTLamp lets individuals build their own a lamp by simply assembling modules. A new, creative light source can be created in a matter of seconds, allowing the owner to change it at any time. TTLamp is an incredible light, plug-and-play light source that will change the way people think about their light sources in their home or office.

TTlamp was invented by Mossimato, a new media artist and digital creator. He needed LED lights adjustable to various needs, so he started to build specific lamps using tubes and plumbing fittings. The unique modular light concept created was named after the Jack connector that is used to connect modules. TT is also short for “Tube Together”. The TTLamp also allows for bigger light sources by providing base and module options of all different sizes. All lamps can be controlled by just touching the base or via smartphone, allowing to change the color, intensity and effect of each module or the lamp as a whole. However, before everyone can build their own light source, TTLamp needs help. That’s why they launched this Kickstarter campaign. The goal of this project is to raise €25,000 by December 23, 2015. The funds raised will go towards fulfilling a minimum order quantity to manufacture, and to pay for the production tooling.

To help bring this innovative lighting source to market, please visit the Kickstarter campaign or click here. Perks will be delivered by June 2016.

Please keep in mind this is an “all-or-nothing” deal, which means if the campaign does not reach the funding goal then the project cannot move forward. So know that any amount given can make a difference, and this is an incredible opportunity to be a part of a special campaign! Help TTLamp reach the goal by sharing this on Facebook, Twitter, and other social networks. The more people know about this, the more support the campaign will receive.
