Dog Guilty Party French electro rock band will be on stage at Paris Bus Palladium on December 26

The French Dog Guilty Party electro rock band will stage their latest EP Freak out Tonight at a famous Parisian rock club in December.

The French electro rock band Dog Guilty Party will heat up famed Bus Palladium’s stage in Paris with their latest EP Freak Out Tonight on December 26th.

EP Freak Out Tonight was produced by Julien Couson, owner of PMG Productions, and released last June.

It includes the titles If You Want Me, Waitin’, So many Lies, Let’s Groove, Zombie Night Fever as well as Oh My Dog Sessions.

With the British look of Foals, the band members Pierre Pereira (lead singer and guitar), Kiefer Oakley (bass guitar and vocals), Damien Raynaud (drums and vocals) and Clement Lacaile (keyboards) are said to have a distinct London bite.

Their sound fuels a standing invitation to “carefree partying” and “open doors to a passionate dancing floor infusing good moods and broad smiles,” French Le Temps Machine and Can You hear Music quoted.

While their personal musical influence range from Red Hot Chili Peppers and Pink Floyd to The Arctic Monkeys, the boys are said to combine the sensuality of Donna Summer, the wriggling feet of Jamaica and the rasping voice of Black Keys.

Rising popularity of this cocktail quoted as “electro rock with a vintage sweet and sour disco groove” has led Dog Guilty Party to be featured at the legendary Bus Palladium.

Since its opening in the 60s, the Parisian rock club Bus Palladium has staged many famous artists. Appearing on this mythical stage is often a turning point in a band’s musical career.

“Most important is to have fun with the live public and to see everyone dance on our music, that’s our greatest reward,” Pierre voiced.

“Playing in one of Paris’s most renowned venue is such a great opportunity for us. We really hope the place’s gonna be filled with lots of people ready to dance because man, we’re gonna give’em everything we have to make their night worth it,” Kiefer added.

The band was formed 6 years ago and the name was made up by wording the first initials of the three founding members. “Doesn’t really mean anything… but we’re found of it. We were 15 when we invented it,” the band expressed in a recent interview with French news and music e-zine 37 degres.

The band’s tagline sums their philosophy: “Would be a shame to miss an opportunity to have fun with your friends, wouldn’t it?”
