The world\’s first interactive internet doll featuring story, song and game

A new learning aid designed and developed especially for toddlers and young children has recently been launched: Dolly the world’s first internet doll is a smart, customized doll that will adapt to a child’s educational level to help them learn through play. Developed for the children of today Dolly features an easy to navigate smart touch screen, speakers, a mic, camera, built-in memory and internet connectivity option through Wi-Fi, and offers engaging storytelling, games, and dialogue to aid a child’s learning at different stages.

The developers of Dolly (patent pending), the first internet doll aimed to develop an interactive toy for children that would serve as a companion for the kids of today, who usually have acquaintance with various technological gadgets such as smart phones and tablet computers. By integrating a smart device in Dolly, that also has internet connectivity and interactive features that the parents can control, the developers have created a toy of today. Dolly is an attractive and cute cuddly bear that most toddlers and young children are bound to like.

The Dolly project is currently in need of some help from people with children to raise funding to cover the tooling, manufacturing and various other expenses, a crowdfunding campaign has been launched on crowdfunding website Indiegogo with a funding goal of at least $10,000 to be raised within a limited number of days.

The team behind the project is looking towards the generosity of the online crowd who have kids and support creative toys that assist in a child’s development and learning. A variety of different rewards and perks are also being offered to prize the generosity of those who support the campaign and the project through their monetary contributions.
