B.Taylor’s new single/video – “1 Life” ft. Sera Hill (contestant off NBC The Voice) and The Voices of Service Choir is exploding on the internet. Cameos include The First Lady of Motown, Claudette Robinson of The Miracles, and Snoop Dogg’s Mother Evangelist Beverly Broadus Green. The video was the first video shot onboard The USS Midway Aircraft Carrier, as well in Washington D.C. in front of our nation’s Capital Building, Arlington Cemetery and The Women’s Memorial. This epic and historical video was cleared by the Pentagon to film this. His last single “Fire In Your Eyes” ft. NCIS Star Pauley Perrette reached #1 on The Billboard Hot Hip Hop/R&B Charts.
B.Taylor has performed for President and Mrs. Obama as well as onboard the USS George H.W. Bush Aircraft carrier for daughter Dora Bush and their family for the commencement of the Dora Bush Library onboard her father’s aircraft carrier. He has gained the respect and support of many high ranking government and military officials. Here is what a couple had to say about B. Taylor.
“B Taylor understands that there is a gap between our servicemen and women and the hip hop nation. He has agreed to start a veteran awareness movement with our Armed Forces Motorsports Foundation to help get resources and information out to our veterans not only through music, but through our Welcome Home Summit’s as well. As a former sailor in the Navy, Taylor has made a powerful impact with the secretary of the Navy and Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) and President Obama as he performed the national anthem at the first ever Carrier Classic aboard the USS Carl Vinson Aircraft Carrier on Veterans day 11/11/11. His passion for our military can help our organization make a difference in the lives of our veterans and their families.”
— Rick Ecker, President / CEO, Armed Forces Motorsports Foundation/Director of Community Outreach for The Chairman of The Joint Chiefs of Staff.
“As a former Sailor, B. Taylor is a true ambassador for the U.S. Navy and has legions of Navy shipmates standing behind him in enthusiastic support.”
— (Retired) Admiral Dennis Moynihan, former U.S. Navy Chief of Information (top spokesperson for the Navy).
