A sophisticated, intimate and warm extension of French Meadow Bakery & Café, Bluestem Bar offers the ideal space for your upcoming holiday events and parties. Organically inspired, our handcrafted aqua blue tiled bar, rich tree accents, and gold-hued walls transport you to another world, offering the same organic, local, gluten-free, vegan and traditional menu options you have come to trust and love. Bluestem Bar seats and serves up to 100 persons, and 150 person maximum for standing cocktail events.
What to Expect – Nord Tasting Room
Our Nord Tasting Room is one of the most beautiful and ambient spaces available for gatherings in the Minneapolis area. This pleasing space embraces floor to ceiling exposed brick walls and showcases enormous 2 all glass 18’ garage doors that open onto our enchanting and lush string lighted outdoor patio. The Nord Tasting Room accommodates 30 for sit down dinners, business meetings, showers, groom/bride dinners and more. Our room accommodates 50 for stand up wine tastings with appetizers passed or served buffet style. The Nord Tasting Room is the perfect setting for wine and scotch tasting dinners as well. During the warm months, 60-80 people can be accommodated when reserving the Nord Tasting Room as well as the patio.
Their experienced event planners look forward to creating and customizing a menu to meet your guest sensibilities. Chef George is dedicated to creating menus that please all tastes from the “foodie” to individuals with dietary restrictions. Their farm to table kitchen prepares all foods from scratch with care, purpose, and attention to detail.
