Direct Selling Leader Battles Growing Unemployment in India

In addition, India’s President, Pranab Mukherjee, recently stated, “The Indian economy today needs to generate 115 million non-farm jobs over the next decade to gainfully employ its workforce and reap its demographic dividend.”  According to a report released by global accounting firm KPMG and the Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI) in May of 2016, the direct selling industry saw double digit growth of over 16% over the previous four years, and it is estimated that direct selling will provide 1.45 million self-employment jobs in India by 2025.

Several direct selling companies have made inroads in India over the last two decades in response to the growing number of citizens seeking work, providing job opportunities to more than 5 million people, with an incredible 60% of them being women.  QNET, with an impressive lineup of lifestyle products and a dedication to transparency when it comes to business practices, has seen incredible success in both recruiting and sales.
