These individual leasing terms mean students will only have to worry about carrying their own weight. Many off-campus housing communities will entirely cancel a lease if a tenant fails to pay their rent, even that tenant’s roommate has paid their share. At Hub Minneapolis, students will only be held responsible for their own share.
