3. Implementing the IAP – This step or component in the Incident Management System is responsible for carrying out the response measures mentioned in the IAP. This includes coordinating operations, realizing goals and objectives of the plan, putting resources to optimal use and providing timely and appropriate insights/feedback. 

4. Taking Note of Logistics – to have timely access to materials, services, equipment needed to respond to the incident, and personnel, all the logistics are planned properly. 

5. Financial and Administrative Planning – While the IAP keeps finances and administrative requirements in mind, their timely use is imperative. It is important to keep track of costs involved in incident response and recovery. And all the financial operations should be recorded and justified.
