DALLAS, TX – For the third consecutive year, Dallas-based personal injury law firm, Eberstein Witherite, LLP has maintained a place on the Top 100 Places to Work list. The annual listing, produced by The Dallas Morning News in collaboration with Employee Engagement specialist Energage, LLC, recognizes employers in the DFW area who have demonstrated a commitment to improving and enhancing the quality of their respective workplaces.
In a brief statement Founding Partner, Amy Witherite said:
“In many ways, winning this honor for the 3rd year in a row confirms to us, here at EW Lawyers, that all our work as a team has been in the right direction. Everything we do adds meaning to the lives of the talented individuals who have chosen to work with us. It is through them that we are able to Keep Life Running for the clients we serve and the communities we work in”.
The Top 100 Places to Work list is compiled through a process that starts with a nomination, and moves on to a thorough survey of employees working in the nominated organization. Organizers of the award engage directly with employees, using a multi-scaled ranking questionnaire, to ascertain whether a nominee company makes the cut for the final 100.
“Even though EW Lawyers is a repeat winner, the nomination is just as inspiring to us as it was the first time we were selected… seeing that we are in such good company motivates management and our entire team to continue the great work we are doing for our clients, while upholding a Top Workplace for our employees”, Ms. Witherite said.
Screening of nominees takes into consideration a number of critical aspects of the employer, such as alignment of the company’s direction and vision with employee values, connection of the employees surveyed with their jobs, management’s effectiveness at communicating with and motivating employees, employees’ thoughts about company leadership and relationships with management – amongst a host of other criteria.
Responding to one of the survey questions, an employee of the firm commented:
“I feel as though I am truly helping people, on an individual as well as broader scale.”
When asked to comment on this, Attorney Amy Witherite simply said:
“When an EW employee is truly satisfied by helping a client and lets them know they’ve got someone on their side – that’s when I know we’re doing good work, because it’s all about taking care of people!”
Amy Witherite made her comments during a company celebration held to thank all members of her staff and management team for consistently demonstrating what it means to hold true to the firm’s values.
