Nicole Stuart, Hollywood’s top celebrity trainer has announced the launch of her official app QE2, Quick and Easy Exercises that features 10 minutes targeted workout for arms, abs, butt, and hip. Nicole has trained some of the top Hollywood celebrities including Kate Hudson who swears by her app. “I love Nicole’s App. I take it with me wherever I travel. QE2 is a fitness app that features workout videos by Nicole Stuart, in which she demonstrates how to perform exercises at home, office, hotel room and even on a movie set. In her videos, she provides step-by-step instructions that allow the user to work at their own pace and as per their convenience. There are four targeted workouts of 10-minute duration each aimed to tone and shape arms, abs, butt, and hip.

Nicole, who has been featured in People, W magazine, US Weekly, InStyle, Cosmopolitan, and has created this app to provide an easy platform for the celebrities and other users to access her workout videos anytime and at anywhere. Apart from easy to do workout videos, the app also features Nicole’s celebrity client’s favorite cardio programs and music playlists.

Nicole believes that moderation and consistency are the key elements to follow to get best results from any exercise. She doesn’t believe one has to lift heavy weights over and over again for hours to maintain their fitness and get the perfect body but different types of targeted exercises, if done consistently can provide great results.

Nicole’s exercise videos are supposed to provide strength, tone the body and help the user in achieving their desired shape. So far she has developed three editions of the app with different types of workout videos. She has used her 15 years of Dance, Yoga, Pilates and Personal Training experience to compose this exercise program, now available for everyone through, iTunes, Google Play store and her website. Using this app, the users can now access A-list celebrity workouts and achieve their desired fitness goals.

Nicole suggests the app users be consistent while working out for maximum benefits. Moreover, her workout videos consume only a few minutes a day which is suitable for users with a busy schedule. She recommends the users to do the Cardio Blasts 3-5 times a week for best results.
