Within the last calendar year (October 2016- October 2017) Bend Oregon property values experienced an overall yearly increase of $41,000. That equates to a percentage increase of about 11 percent, putting Bend as one of the fastest growing regions for property value increases in Central Oregon.
Another staggering statistic is that in the last six months (May through October 2017) the real estate market Bend Oregon increased in value by about 1.7% month over month which in financial terms is about $2800 per month.
