Where did the name Snow Alligator come from? This is how Jason explains it, “My father was always making up ‘Big Fish’ stories for me and my siblings, including such fantastical tales as; that I am, in fact, an alien; that people shouldn’t swallow chewing gum or it would likely cause them to grow a gum tree in their stomachs; and to always being on the lookout for snow alligators who might snatch you and drag you away.” It was in these stories that the inspiration for his work. “This creative influence and outlandish storytelling ensured that creativity and imagination were always present in my youth; ideas which have carried forward into my adulthood and are evident in much of my work.”
