The personal injury law firm of Goldberg Noone, LLC, has announced the opening of their newest office in Cape Coral.
The new location is at 1625 S.E. 47th Terrace, just off Del Prado Boulevard behind the Culver’s restaurant.
The opening of this location will enable the firm to provide easier access for Cape Coral residents to legal services in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, slip and fall injuries, negligent security, nursing and elder abuse, and more.
“All 3 firm partners are Cape Coral residents, and a large percentage of our clients live here, so we felt it made sense to open an office here,” said Scot D. Goldberg, one of the firm’s Managing Partners.
Established in 2000, the firm’s partners include Goldberg, attorney Michael Noone and attorney Sheba Abraham.
The firm’s principal office will remain in Downtown Fort Myers in the historic Edison Theatre Building at 1533 Hendry Street, Suite 200.
Situations requiring a personal injury attorney can occur in countless ways – for example, auto accidents, slip and fall incidents, on the job injuries, assaults, and medical accidents, just to name a few. Victims needing a personal injury attorney may have suffered devastating damages, and may be entitled to compensation from the parties at fault.
At the personal injury law firm of Goldberg Noone LLC, their attorneys pride themselves on being directly and closely involved with all of their client’s cases. They understand that in the event you’re hurt in some type of motor vehicle accident, you’re going to be facing a lot of tough questions. They feel you deserve the right to speak directly with an attorney, not a case worker, paralegal or staffer. Their car accident lawyers have the answers you’re looking for, and it never costs a thing to speak with one directly.
The personal injury lawyers at Goldberg Noone have practiced law in Southwest Florida long enough to fully understand the local judicial system and those who practice within it. One of the firm’s managing partners, Scot D. Goldberg, was born and raised in Fort Myers, and his lifelong legal connections and 20-plus years defending people’s rights provide him with countless insights into how to successfully settle jury trials in Lee County, Charlotte County and Hendry County. A giant, out-of-town law firm may have the money for billboards and incessant TV and radio ads, but may have never tried a case locally.
Following a serious crash, you’ll need fast answers about what to do next. There is never a charge or cost for calling Goldberg Noone with your concerns, or to arrange a meeting to review any paperwork or other details involving your accident. If you hire Goldberg Noone LLC, they will take on your case on a contingency basis, and you will only owe them a fee if they are successful on your behalf.
