January 25, 2019 – WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. – Join in the fun at 9:00 a.m., Saturday, February 23, 2019, at the Meyer Amphitheatre, 105 Evernia Street, West Palm Beach, Fla., for the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League‘s 18th Annual Barry Crown Walk for the Animals. All dogs are invited to participate in the walk with you as long as they are properly leashed. There will be demonstrations, vendors, music, prizes, pet-contests and more.

This 18-year-old animal friendly event is named for Barry Crown, who served on the board of the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League. He and his wife, Beverly, founded the “Walk for the Animals.” Barry, a devoted husband, father, and grandfather, passed away in 2006, and his family requested that instead of flowers, friends donate to the Peggy Adams Animal Rescue League.

After the walk on February 23, 2019, the top fundraisers will be announced.
