BrandChamp Updates Leading Brand Ambassador Software

“We’re seeing more and more brands reduce their spend on external influencers and shifting that budget to recruiting their most engaged customers into brand ambassadors.”, the leader in brand ambassador management software for e-commerce stores releases a new version of their flagship product BrandChamp.

BrandChamp, the leader in brand ambassador software released a major update to their brand ambassador platform.

BrandChamp has e-commerce brands convert their most engaged customers into ambassadors, automate their program and scale to thousands of participants overnight. In the same amount of time it takes to manage 25 influencers, affiliates and ambassadors in a spreadsheet, BrandChamp enables brands to manage thousands of participants.

New features include integration with Shopify, WooCommerce and Amazon Seller Central.

This integration enables brands to understand how their ambassador, affiliate and influencer programs contribute to their bottom line, and compare against other acquisition channels by tracking referral sales via cookies, referral links and discount codes.

BrandChamp customers are generating in aggregate hundreds of thousands of tracked referral sales every single month. In the future BrandChamp customers will be able to track the life time value (LTV) of referred customers.

Brand’s are spending more and more on their influencer marketing campaigns year over year, with an expected $20B spend by 2010. As more brands have jumped in the cost of influencer marketing has risen, and the return on ad spend (ROAS) has decreased.

BrandChamp has seen a shift in brands working with external influencers to leveraging their most engaged customers to promote their brand on social media. Typically these engaged customers have smaller followings and less reach than external influencers, but these engaged customers turned brand ambassadors create more trust and more authenticy with their social audience.

In order to shift campaigns from a few large external influencers to micro or nano influencers from their existing base, the scale of the campaign becomes increasingly important. In order to make a significant different on a larger brand’s bottom line they need to recruit hundreds or thousands of micro and nano influencers.

This scale is not feasible with a manual workflow based on a spreadsheets, Brands need automation to identify engaged customers, recruit them into their program, offer them activities and rewards, verify the activities were completed according to brand guidelines and issuing rewards.

BrandChamp solves all of these workflows on a centralized platform, allowing community managers to generate more revenue and reduce time spent managing their ambassador campaigns.

BrandChamp customers leveraging the platform include Kaged Muscle and Skirt Sports.

Noelle Wilson, Community Manager at Skirt Sports has scaled her ambassador program to over one thousand participants, whom have collectively generated 25,000 tagged Instagram pics, Facebook posts, Tweets, and blog posts in 2018, contributing a significant portion of overall revenue.

Nolan Heyers, Marketing Manager at Kaged Muscle has scaled his program to over 300 fitness and nutirion ambassadors, generating over 5,000 tagged tagged Instagram pics, Facebook posts, Tweets, and blog posts since beginning their campaign.
