While K-Pop has an increasingly global fan base, the artists themselves and management have been near exclusively Korean. Geneva, Switzerland-founded, internationally-based UnionWave Entertainment is the first company to see and invest in bringing K-Pop a multicultural element. Casting, coaching, and managing what are nearly certain to be some of the most popular K-Pop stars of the future, UnionWave Entertainment is representing a diverse, energetic take on K-Pop set to take the music scene by storm. The company is in the process of opening their Seoul office, which will be fully operational by early 2020, to great anticipation.

UnionWave Entertainment just ended its Global Audition Tour on December 20, which had been running since March 2019. After intense deliberation which culminated in six young, future stars to make the final cut, Nia, Miriam, Kirsten, Kim, Jessie and Gaeyoung were welcomed into the UnionWave family with open arms. Now their coaching is on the way in earnest honing their singing and entertaining skills, getting them reading for the K-Pop world. Debut is planned for Summer 2020.
In total over 2000 aspiring stars tried out for the UnionWave Audition Tour. Being acknowledged as the world’s first entertainment company to host European K-Pop auditions, UnionWave Entertainment goal is to give the opportunity to young artists from all around the world to start their dream career as K-Pop Idols.
