Bronx, NY – Bronx Neighborhood Housing Services (Bronx NHS) will host a Homeownership Resource Fair on Saturday, July 26, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. at 1451 E Gun Hill Road, Bronx, NY. The event is free and open to the public.

The fair will connect Bronx residents with a range of housing-related resources and professionals, including mortgage lenders, legal advisors, housing counselors, and financial experts. Participants will receive practical information and direct support for purchasing a home, avoiding foreclosure, securing grants, and improving financial health.
