The AI interviewer operates as the first stage in High Five’s five-step hiring pipeline. When a candidate clears automated sourcing and scoring, the agent conducts a structured screening conversation, captures responses and routes a summary to High Five’s internal recruiters for review before any shortlist reaches the client. That human review step remains in place regardless of how much of the upstream process the agent handles.
