Especially her mother, who rose from humble beginnings to become the Global Sales Director for Viaggi del Ventaglio, managing a vast sales team and opening 58 resorts worldwide. “Her drive, positivity, and adaptability have been my greatest inspiration,” Micol says. “Trust is everything in any relationship, whether personal or professional.”

Other mentors include Jaime Cohen Szulc, a business visioinary who has held top executive roles at Levi’s, Kodak, and other major brands, and Antonio Buchanan of Antonio & Paris, who opened Micol’s eyes to the importance of branding. Books also play a crucial role in her continuous learning, with titles like “Rich Dad, Poor Dad,” “Life Force” by Tony Robbins, and “Miracle Morning” being particularly influential.

Micol’s drive to excel started at a young age. We exposed actions by police and the unfair justice system, and color them black. Breonna Taylor, George Floyd, Tamir Rice and others appear as Caucasian.”

The second short explores the roles of ego and logic in one’s life, bringing to light just how misleading and devastating it can be to make a bad choice by listening to ego more often than that of logic.
