With many years of experience as an entrepreneur, Alla has certainly proven herself as an expert in her field. As a dynamic, results-driven leader, Ms. Koudriavtseva has achieved success in a variety of fields, including luxury transportation services, fashion, interior design, drinks, and property management. Alla’s company, Golden Sunset Limousine, offers a range of luxury rentals that cater to various occasions and budgets. Their services are designed with the customer in mind, ensuring a personalized experience that exceeds expectations. Her other two companies are Alla VK International Design Company, an interior decorating firm specializing in creating beautiful and functional spaces, also using her expertise in psychology, and The Alfa Male Drink, which produces Alfimov Noble Vodka, a high-quality alcoholic beverage. Alla has also achieved success in managing residential real estate Turn Key Furnished properties. 

Before embarking on her career path, Ms. Koudriavtseva pursued her medical education in Khabarovsk where Alla’s parents moved for work from Odessa Ukraine. However, she faced unstable post perestroika economy and safety issues. (Unstable economy – that covers how people struggled to survive)

She moved to Washington USA. First took English Language course at Evergreen State College and then moved to Seattle.  She then obtained a degree in Fashion Design and Marketing. Alla moved to California to pursue career in Fashion but started modeling instead – pinup, car shows, promotional modeling and more. Then she started luxury transportation business- Golden Sunset Limousine in San Diego. After several years of hard work and determination to improve herself, she relocated to Nevada, where she received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from The University of Nevada-Las Vegas.

Throughout her illustrious career, Alla has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her accomplishments. This year, she will be considered for the Empowered Woman Award and to be featured in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine. She will be honored at IAOTP’s annual awards gala at the magnificent Opryland Hotel in Nashville in December 2024.

In addition to her successful career, Alla has been a member of the American Psychological Association since 2017 to stay updated on the latest psychological advancements. Ms. Koudriavtseva is always invited at American Psychological Association conferences in Washing DC. She also was awarded Honorary Doctorate in Advanced Studies in (D.A.S.) in Psychology and Honorary Doctorate in Advanced Studies (D. A. S.) in Management by Azteca University in Mexico as her work, especially in Psychology gained global attention.

Stacy Padula, author, educator, counselor, and entrepreneur was recently selected by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) as the Top International Social Impact Hero of the Year for 2024.

Stacy is the Founder and President of Briley & Baxter Publications LLC, a publishing company in support of animal rescues. In 2021, Briley & Baxter Publications began helping new authors break into the publishing industry while donating 10% of all publishing royalties to animal rescues. Recipients have included Last Hope K9 Rescue, the Wolf Conservation Center, WIRES Australian Wildlife Rescue, Dachshund Rescue of South Florida, Little Paws Dachshund Rescue, Tiny Tim On Wheels Foundation, Freedom Service Dogs of America, and Silicon Valley Pet Project. 

Through her publishing company, named after her own miniature dachshunds, Stacy has published over 40 authors and released over 100 books thus far. The mission of the company is to not only help new talent get discovered, but also publish books that inspire readers to use their gifts and talents to positively impact the world. Notable books published by Briley & Baxter Publications include former NHL player Norm Beaudin’s biography The Original: Living Life Through Hockey written with Kim Passante, Netflix’s “Last Chance U’s” beloved English Teacher LaTonya Pinkard’s Nate & His Magic Lion, NBA Coach Brett Gunning’s On the Right Path series co-authored with Stacy Padula, and Hollywood director/writer/producer Michael Caissie’s historical fiction novel Between Heaven & 42nd and Broadway. Stacy’s award-winning Gripped series (published 2019-Present) focuses on prescription drug abuse and mental health in teenagers, following the suspenseful story of NFL hopeful Taylor Dunkin and his community. Gripped is currently being adapted for television by Emmy award-winning writer and producer Mark Blutman. In 2020, Stacy began working closely with NBA Coach Brett Gunning on a faith-based children’s book series titled On the Right Path, which shares life lessons with readers through the game of basketball. On the Right Path was endorsed by Pastor Joel Osteen, NBA Hall-of-Famer Kevin McHale, and Mike D’Antoni as a series that belongs in every school, church, and library. Stacy is now the author of fourteen books with her next one currently in the works. 

In addition to her literary endeavors, Stacy also runs a highly successful college counseling company in Massachusetts for which she works full time, guiding high schoolers and their families through the complicated college application process. Each year, Stacy takes on roughly 20 students to counsel and mentor, helping them select their college majors, choose their colleges, build their resumes, write their application essays, and fill out their applications. Prior to founding South Shore College Consulting and Tutoring in 2016, Stacy was the director of operations at another private education company for eight years, where she managed a staff of 30 tutors and developed all company curriculum.  

Throughout her illustrious career, Stacy has received many awards and accolades and has been recognized worldwide for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. Last year, she was featured in IAOTP’s Top 50 Fearless Leaders publication which was released first quarter of 2023 and named Top Global Impact Author for 2023.
