The Nylah and Allyn Show Celebrates First Anniversary with Recognitions and Touring

The children’s and educational show will be honored as a cultural stand for the Latino community, while preparing an international tour in the United States, Dominican Republic, and other countries to celebrate one year on air.

TV series The Nylah and Allyn Show celebrated its first year on the air on March 21, being reason for the production and management of AQD Entertainment to extend their most sincere thanks to all the public that has supported and followed the project in over 15 countries.

In addition, Nylah Star will perform as a guest artist at the The Bronx Dominican Day Parade, on April 24, where in the midst of the celebration, the show will be recognized for being a project with Dominican roots that enhances the Latino community. It should be noted that Allyn King has also been honored as an influential artistic figure for this cultural movement and has sung at previous events.

Furthermore, an invitation is made to tune in to the special anniversary episode, now in production and will bring many surprises from the hosts Allyn King (5) and Nylah Star (7), a pair of brothers and young artists whose careers in the urban music are just beginning.

The Nylah and Allyn Show airs every Saturday at 9 AM on Catorce TV, Direct Canal 13 (Canada, Curaçao, Bonaire, St. Martin, and Aruba), Canal America 1014 (New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut) Altice, Optimum (Altice), Wind Telecom, and Claro-TV. The show is also available on its official YouTube channel.

The children’s series managed by Félix Durán and produced by Andrés Quezada Durán, has a first-rate cast that plans touring through the Dominican Republic and different venues in the U.S. such as New York, where the show will be broadcast live on international stations and digital platforms.

Allyn and Nylah’s Projects

Besides hosting The Nylah and Allyn Show and starring in their own movie, the young artists are developing a music career through the urban genre that already promises big things.

Allyn King has recently released his first single, ‘Vacúnate’, focused on bringing a positive message to young people regarding COVID-19 vaccination, so the song has become available to be used in vaccination campaigns worldwide. In turn, the official video of ‘Vacúnate’ was uploaded to YouTube and has quickly gone viral.

Currently, the Dominican-rooted artist is working on a namesake song coming out on April and whose music video will feature scenes built with 3D animation.

As for Nylah Star, she released her single ‘Pa’ la Escuela’ in July 2020, driven by the strong impact of the pandemic on the children’s education, being the song a key piece in the process of scholar reintegration in the U.S. and other countries, as it is a bilingual project that carried a message of encouragement through the style of the singer.

Nylah’s second single ‘Ya Pasé de Curso’ is currently in the production phase of its English version, and is expected to be released along with the music video by the end of the current school year.

Meanwhile, Allyn King and Nylah Star are currently working together on a Christmas-themed film, named ‘Nylah and Allyn’s Christmas Story’, where they will star in a wonderful tale full of drama, emotions and lessons about family, Christmas spirit and dreams.
